As part of the Master Site Plan process, a review of the condition of the existing buildings and facilities was conducted.  Results show many buildings in such poor condition the buildings are recommended for demolition or major remodels.   On these charts, 1 is the best condition and 5 is the worst condition.

With annual revenues of over $40 million and reserves of over $40 million, there is no excuse for the poor condition of the facilities. There is more than enough money to pay for maintenance. This rot and decay of the facilities is from poor management by the Fair Board and Executive Management, which needs to be replaced along with buildings.
